Mission Medical Urgent Care is a contracted provider for all major PPO health plans listed in the table to the right. If your plan is not on this page then your payment portion will be higher than what you normally pay.
For those with POS plans, please contact your provider to verify that your visit to our Urgent Care is covered in your benefits. For any cash paying patient we will provide you a competitive price that will vary depending on what services are needed.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discovercard for all over the counter payments but personal checks are not accepted. We are contracted with MHAP and Monarch, some limitations apply. Please contact us if you have any other insurance questions.
